But even our city centre locations offer walking fans a good day out. Have you ever tried running up the Covent Garden Tube staircase?! This infamous London rite of passage up a spiral staircase consists of exactly 193 steps—the equivalent of climbing a 15-story building.

Most hostels offer private rooms alongside shared dorm rooms. And many of these private rooms come with ensuite facilities too. Check each hostel listing for more information.

YHA hostels are absolutely packed with facilities for making your stay as enjoyable as possible. Whilst each hostel is different, which means you’ll need to double check a listing to make sure, most hostels offer: 

• Well equipped self catering kitchens where you can both store food and cook up your favourite meal – perfect if you’re watching those pennies
• On site cafés, licensed bars and restaurants, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner
• Free Wi-Fi in communal spaces
• Parking – either off road or on street
• Laundry facilities

Only well trained Assistance Dogs are allowed in hostel bedrooms or kitchens. Please let us know if you plan to bring an Assistance Dog (no charge) during the booking process. 

Otherwise, dogs are welcome to stay at many of our Camping & Cabins sites as well as many of our Exclusive Hire sites.
