Learning Outside the Classroom (LOtC) Quality Badge

YHA is proud to hold the Learning Outside the Classroom (LOtC) Quality Badge, a nationally recognised accreditation that provides schools with confidence in the quality, safety, and educational value of our residentials and learning experiences.

The badge demonstrates that YHA has been independently assessed against rigorous standards for educational provision, health and safety, and safeguarding. For teachers and school leaders, this offers reassurance that robust risk management processes, safeguarding procedures, and operational standards are in place, helping to simplify planning and support schools in meeting their duty of care.

By choosing YHA, schools can focus on delivering memorable, enriching experiences that help young people learn, grow, and thrive beyond the classroom.
