About Jane
An experienced HR professional specialising in culture and change programmes and bringing over 25 years of experience in the hospitality sector both as a Regional Manager and HR Director. Jane joined YHA in 2018 as Head of People, appointed to the Executive team in 2019 as Director of People.
Jane is responsible for the development and delivery of the YHA People Strategy, supporting the empowerment and development of YHA staff and volunteers. She is also the overall lead for the operational delivery of the YHA 10-year strategy - Adventure: for the first time and a lifetime - through effective and efficient running of the YHA network of hostels and leads on organisational development in YHA, including oversight of the HEART people values and behaviours framework and retention of Investors in People.
