Things to do in the Yorkshire Dales

Welcome to the Yorkshire Dales

Situated in the north of England, the Yorkshire Dales is a popular area which attracts thousands of visitors every year.

The Yorkshire Dales is known for the rolling hills, dramatic landscapes and striking scenery, boasting a wide variety of woodland and moorland. Walkers and cyclists will find no end of things to do, as the entire area is criss-crossed with delightful footpaths and cycle routes suitable for all ages and abilities. Water sport activities can be found across the region, making it an ideal base for adventurers.

If you would like to visit quaint giftshops or indulge in a delicious meal in a cosy pub, there are plenty of small market towns and villages, mostly retaining a traditional English look and feel. Grassington and Hawes are our favourites. Whatever you get up to during your stay, we’re sure you will have a memorable time.
