Places to stay in Cornwall

Cornwall is a much-loved holiday destination, thanks to its beautiful landscape and seaside charm. It's one of the more isolated areas of the UK, with a rich folklore and even its own language, but the attractions and activities for visitors of all ages make it one of the best places in England for a family getaway.

Whether you're avid walkers, history buffs or nature lovers, there's something in Cornwall for everyone. Wide, sandy beaches and craggy shorelines are ideal to explore, while the Roman ruins and beautifully-kept natural parkland - much of which is designated as UNESCO World Heritage sites - make for fascinating afternoons out.
