Duration: 7 hours

Discovery and connection
Health and Wellbeing

This is a family friendly and leisurely paced walk through woodlands, orchards and the wild and beautiful Kent countryside, even passing by a zoo enclosure of African elephants on the way! It’s not just a walk, but a walking experience that will include folklore, legends and myths of trees, flora and fauna. There will be stories about the horrible and not so horrible histories of the countryside, as well as identification of wild edibles and some you should leave alone.

This is a mindful activity led by Michael Harden of WalkWild Wellbeing who is an Ambassador for the North Downs Way National Trail and Kent Downs.
