Discovery and connection
This circumnavigation of Llanberis takes in open country, ancient woodlands and the quarries (and probably a castle too!).
The route will be rough underfoot, with short (in relation to climbing a mountain!), steep(ish) ups and downs along the way.
You will need a reasonable level of fitness, but there shouldn’t be too much need for a good head for heights. If the weather is great, bring some ice cream money for a stop at the finest emporium in North Wales.
