London
Spring brings a fresh energy to the capital, making it a great time to explore London’s mix of culture, neighbourhoods and green spaces. Alongside world-famous attractions, the city shines through its everyday moments of markets, street performers and free museums. Spend your days visiting galleries like The National Gallery or Tate Britain, browsing Borough or Leadenhall Market, or wandering Covent Garden and Chinatown for food. Further out of the city, visit Kew Gardens at its best in spring, with blooms, exhibitions and peaceful pathways. There’s also the Merseyside Maritime Museum and the city’s two cathedrals showcase very different but equally impressive architecture. Music lovers won’t want to miss The Beatles Story and the city centre is perfect for relaxed wandering between shops and restaurants.
