Upon submission of the form your booking will be cancelled.
If you booked direct with YHA through www.yha.org.uk, by calling our contact centre or through a hostel and you wish to cancel your booking then please complete the form below.
If you made your booking through a third-party provider then please cancel with the third party directly
If you are due a refund, you will receive the balance, less any amount you kindly chose to donate as part of your cancellation request. Under normal circumstances we aim to process all refund applications within 28 days. Unfortunately, due to unprecedented demand refunds are currently taking longer than this. Our refund process is not automated and all refunds are processed manually, with significantly reduced staffing levels.
If you have already submitted a refund application, it is in our processing queue. We are working hard to get all applications processed as quickly as possible and we thank you for your patience at this challenging time.
