Our Food & Drink Promise

We’re passionate about offering great-tasting, ethically sourced food and drink at excellent value, all enjoyed in some of the most stunning locations across England and Wales. We use high-quality ingredients — including Red Tractor–accredited beef and sausages — while proudly buying British and choosing organic options wherever we can.

We also cater for a wide range of dietary needs, whether medical, religious or personal. As a charity, we may need to pass on additional costs for specialist meals, but we always work to minimise these wherever possible.

Our Sustainable Approach

  • Championing British produce: We source as much as we can from within the UK to bring you hearty, high-quality food and drink that fuels your stay.
  • Ethical and organic sourcing: We choose ingredients thoughtfully, supporting the people who produce them and opting for organic items wherever possible.
  • High standards across our kitchens: Quality, safety and hygiene are maintained to the highest levels throughout our network.
  • Confidence in what you consume: Much of our beef and sausages carry Red Tractor accreditation for traceability, sustainability and animal welfare.
  • Reducing single-use plastics: By switching our breakfast yogurt, we’ve removed over 222,000 plastic pots each year. We now offer water refill stations as an alternative to bottled water and have removed bottled water from our group packed lunches.
  • Choice for all: We proudly offer vegetarian and vegan dishes, and we encourage Meat-Free Monday on our group’s menu as a positive step towards reducing our carbon footprint.
