

The South Face of St David's Head offers a short 50ft climb and includes routes ideal for first time leaders. Belay setup is plentiful. Step-Up (VS 4c) and Overhanging Buttress (HVS 5a) are two lovely routes. North Buttress provides 60ft routes from HVS to E3 6a, best on a summer evening with low tide.

The Pembrokeshire Coast Path is within 10 minutes walk of the hostel. Walking in either direction offers some fantastic scenery - look out for seals and dolphins at certain times of the year.
Get out on your bike and explore some amazing hidden coves, or cycle across to Solva or even Newgale for a pub lunch and cool drink in the sun.
