Blue Moon Festival

Blue Moon Festival

Overview

Ticket information coming soon!

This year’s Blue Moon Festival will be on the 20th of July and we’re super mega excited. As last year all proceeds will go to the YHA’s charitable scheme Breaks, but this year we’re doing it differently, ticket information coming soon...

Starting at 11 am for some Zumba with Matt and Mr Sam Chick, music starts at midday till 11 pm. That’s 12 hours of music and mayhem.

We have the amazing Echo Town headlining and gypsy swing band The Rin Tins return after last year’s fantastic performance. We have some psychedelic rock with Hot Teeth, boogie-woogie acoustic style with Julian Gaskell and his Ragged Trousered Philanthropists, the awesome guitarist John Fairhurst with his combination of Muddy Water blues and Indian inspired tunes, splendiferous maestro Arthur Cunnington, the wonderful ceilidh band Cataclews (bring your dancing shoes).
More acts to be announced.

Sperry Tents have again kindly donated us a beautiful huge marquee for the music, stalls and pop-up bar as well as a children’s tent for crafts and activities. We will be serving cakes and drinks from our cafe/bar as well as offering a yummy BBQ and possibly a hog roast.
The hostel sits on the cliffs overlooking our beautiful bay; we must have one of the most stunning music venue locations in the country. Don’t miss out on this very special event and support our cause,

See you here!

Booking details: Call YHA Treyarnon Bay on 01841 520322 or pop into the hostel to buy tickets.
