Angel of the North
Overview
The Angel of the North has been welcoming visitors to Gateshead since 1998. The sculpture is huge, you won’t miss it! It is taller than four double deckers and its wingspan is as big as a jumbo jet. It is one of the most famous sculptures in the UK so warrants itself to be a must-see when visiting Newcastle.
