Amendments and cancellations

 If you are cancelling or transferring your booking in relation to COVID-19, please ensure you have checked your cancellation is covered by our COVID-19 Flexibility Guarantee. If your reason for cancellation is not covered, our booking terms and conditions will apply.

Booking amendments or cancellations for group bookings

Please complete the form below if you have an existing reservation to stay with YHA as part of a group booking or Exclusive Hire reservation.

For individual or family bookings, please use our automated cancellation form.

We will action your request at the earliest opportunity, prioritising bookings in stay date order.

We're asking our schools and groups to please consider changing your booking to a later date rather than cancelling.

As a charity whose mission relies on travel and social interaction, COVID-19 has significantly affected YHA. Changing your booking will help us to recover more quickly once the virus has passed.
