What happens next?
- We aim to process your request within 2 working days (Monday to Friday).
- If the change can be made to your booking, it will be applied and YHA will send you confirmation of the change by email.
- If the change requires an additional payment, we will contact you to take the amount owed.
- If the change results in a refund, we will refund any difference in the balance to your original payment method. We'll also send you confirmation of the refund by email.
