Temporary changes to booking T&Cs for existing bookings*

For existing bookings made before 17th April 2020 for arrivals up to 16th July 2020 

  • You may transfer or cancel your booking free of charge regardless of the terms and conditions of your original booking. 

For existing bookings with arrivals between 17th July and 31st December 2020

  • We are making changes to the way some of our hostels operate. Whilst several will be open as normal, many will be on an Exclusive Hire basis only.
  • If your booking is affected by these changes we will email you. Your options will be to transfer your booking to a different hostel, a future date or request a refund. We will contact guests affected in arrival date order and appreciate your patience whilst we work through these as quickly as possible.
  • If your booking is unaffected and can continue as planned. Our standard booking terms and conditions will apply for cancellation and transfer requests. We do however understand that some customers may still be unable to or feel uncomfortable travelling at this time. If you booked before the 17th April 2020 and are unable to travel, we will offer to transfer your booking to a date in 2021.

For all new bookings placed after 17th April where the hostel is still accepting bookings of that type, our standard terms and conditions apply.
