YHA New Forest
YHA New Forest is a cosy cottage style house in the heart of the New Forest National Park. Enclosed on all sides with thick heathland and tall trees, you get the sense of being set apart from the rest of the world. This also makes YHA New Forest an ideal camping spot, with large flat grounds sheltered from the wind, you will be able to look through the trees above into the starry night sky.
You're never too far away from your creature comforts when you camp here. The recently refurbished hostel has toilets, showers, a self-catering kitchen and dining area available with 24-hour access to all campers.

Walking and rambling in the New Forest
With 219 square miles to lose yourself in, the New Forest National Park gives you all the heathland and forest you could want to explore. New Forest has plenty of dedicated walking and cycling paths to use, giving less experienced walkers something to enjoy without too much difficulty.
The National Motor Museum offers a large number of attractions including the World of Top Gear and a history of land speed records. Visit during one of the many shows that they hold over the season to get the most of the experience.
Ringwood is a historic market town that can date its heritage back to Anglo-Saxon times with a weekly market that has been held since the Middle Ages. Just off the western edge of the New Forest, Ringwood offers a more laid-back day trip out for those wanting to do a little shopping or enjoy the old town views.
Horse riding in The New Forest is the best way to experience the beauty of the New Forest National Park. With over 3,000 New Forest Ponies roaming the beautiful landscapes, The New Forest is the perfect perfect backdrop for a relaxing hack or carriage ride.
