Located on Cholderton Rare Breeds Farm and Bluestone Vineyards in the stunning Wiltshire countryside, YHA Cholderton Stonehenge offers great value accommodation – perfect for individuals, families and groups.
This hostel has 14 airy bedrooms to choose from with a total of 70 beds as well as self-catering facilities and communal areas. There are over 40 acres of grounds to roam around so you will always find something to entertain you, from seeing our farm animals to exploring our nature trail. Guests can visit the farm and attractions free of charge.
YHA Cholderton Stonehenge is also perfectly located for visiting the World Heritage site of Stonehenge and the historic city of Salisbury, making it a superb spot for holidays in Wiltshire.

Most of our bedrooms are dormitory style rooms with bunk beds. We always try to allocate bedrooms close together and will never ask your group to share bedrooms with anyone not in your group.
Upgrades are available for sole use of an area, floor or the entire place.
Groups can enjoy some en-suite rooms, self-catering facilities, great communal spaces and free WiFi. There are 40 acres of grounds to roam around so you will always find something to entertain you, from seeing our farm animals to exploring our nature trail, perfect for those after a countryside group getaway.
With tasty breakfasts, packed lunches and evening meals, groups are sure to find something delicious to eat at YHA Cholderton Stonehenge.
Meal plans range from bed and breakfast up to full-board catering. Vegetarian options are available and we aim to cater for any special dietary requests.
Parking is available at the hostel.
Reception opening hours: From 17:00 - 21:00.
Food and drink: Breakfast is available to purchase from our café. Evening meals are also available for pre-order only.
Self-catering: Guests have access to a self-catering kitchen.
Café opening hours: YHA Cholderton Stonehenge’s café, bar and kitchen is open to the public from Monday to Sunday, 10:00 to 16:00 (extended to 18:00 from April to October).
Parking: There is plenty of free parking at the hostel.
WiFi: Free WiFi is available in shared social spaces.
Pets: Pets are not permitted at YHA Cholderton Stonehenge. Assistance dogs are welcome - please notify us at the time of booking.

Manager recommends: Take the family next door to Cholderton Rare Breeds Farm and Bluestone Vineyards where guests get free access! Feed the rare breeds, enjoy the large indoor play barn and outdoor play areas and marvel at their daily activities including pig racing and guinea pig fishing. Kids may decide it's the highlight of the holiday!
