Walking and Rambling in Pembrokeshire
Overview
A good section of the coastal path runs either side of the hostel with spectacular scenery. The Preseli Hills shadow the hostel, a great walk for the serious hiker. Dinas Head is a circular walk of about 2 miles, it's 465 ft above sea level, but your hard work will be rewarded by amazing views. Cwm-yr-Eglwys beach, with the remains of an old church, is a lovely walk and a great place for exploring. Closer to the hostel, take a walk along the river of Newport and keep an eye open for the local wildlife.
