John Rylands Library
Overview
One of Manchester’s standout buildings, The John Rylands Library is, well, not particularly library-like. Commissioned in memory of the man whose name it bears, the library is more reminiscent of a gothic cathedral than a traditional library and boasts a world class collection with a number of first-editions to seek out and enjoy.
