A city synonymous with tourism and history, Bath has a number of attractions which are perfect for an inspiring sight-seeing break. Our Italiante mansion is a visually striking building and boasts stunning architecture, complemented by a homely, comfortable interior. You'll find romantic balconies, carved stone pillars, an intricate wrought iron staircase and all the Roman-inspired detail of this style of property. With two separate buildings - the main building and The Lodge annexe - the hostel makes for superb low cost accommodation in this pretty city. Take in a show at one of Bath’s five theatres, soak up the culture in one of its art galleries or museums, or simply wander around the beautiful streets, taking in this English gem.
Bath has more museums in one square mile than most complete cities in the world. Walk between a whopping seventeen sites of historic interest in the city centre. Highlights include the museum at No.1, in the ginormous and effortlessly photogenic Georgian Royal Crescent, the Holburne Museum and the Jane Austen Centre. And of course, any visit to Bath is incomplete without a trip to the world famous Roman Baths.
Bath also offers a vibrant nightlife scene, with entertainment to suit everyone. Live music thrives here- from smooth jazz to hard rock and everything in between, you’re bound to find something to enjoy. There are even regular open mic nights in local bars, so you can have a go yourself.
