About Rowen
This lovely rural retreat in the pretty village of Rowen is ideal for exploring the hills, mountains and coastline on a walking holiday. A traditional Welsh hill farmhouse, it’s packed with character and the real fires make it really cosy in the winter. The hostel has breathtaking views over the Conwy Valley and across to Snowdonia. There's a small amount of camping available on site.
Need to know
The hostel is self-catering only, but there are pubs and restaurants nearby. The hostel is up a very steep (1:3) hill on a narrow, but surfaced, road. YHA Rowen is available on Escape to from October to May.
