About YHA Langdon Beck
Fans of outdoor activity holidays with an interest in the environment will enjoy this remote rural retreat. You’ll find magnificent views, great walking holiday routes and High Force and Cauldron Snout waterfalls. A good base for cycling holidays, activity breaks and fishing holidays too. We provide breakfast and homemade evening meals and the opportunity to watch the sun set over the north Pennines with a glass of wine or local beer.

Towels are not supplied. They are available to hire from reception for £2 (+ £5 deposit) or please bring your own. Bedding is supplied.

- Langdon Beck is England's highest Youth Hostel! In a splendid position close to the Cow Green Nature Reserve with excellent routes nearby, the hostel is perfect for cycling holidays and walking holidays. This lovely, rural retreat is a great spot for family Northumberland holidays or activity breaks.

YHA School Trips
YHA Langdon Beck provides a range of geography packages as well as a chance to explore the great outdoors. Situated just six miles away is the Kingsway Adventure centre, prefect for an activity break! The hostel holds up to 33 people and provides home cooked meals for groups.
