About Beverley Friary
Following a £340,000 refurbishment, we are proud to announce the re-opening of YHA Beverley Friary. Nestled in the heart of the beautiful East Yorkshire market town of Beverley, YHA Beverley Friary is a truly fabulous retreat just a short distance away. The 600 year old restored Dominican friary has maintained many historical features and is set in a large walled garden giving you a truly peaceful break. Not only can you enjoy the charm of Beverley town centre, but you will be only a short drive from the impressive Yorkshire coastline, Hull’s world famous aquarium and the expansive beautiful rolling countryside.
Complete with a large self-catering kitchen and a beautiful lounge complete with an impressive exposed beam ceiling and stone fireplace. Providing accommodation for up to 32 people, there is a variety of bedrooms sleeping between 2-8 guests, some of which are en-suite. YHA Beverley Friary offers both charm and perfect entertainment facilities

Manager recommends
- Don’t miss Beverley Minster, stroll over the road and explore the most amazing Gothic church in Europe, free entry but personally I’d pay the entry for a guided roof tour to see the church construction, tread wheel and get up close to the stained glass. Whether you're using it as a base for cycling and walking holidays or activity breaks, shopping or birdwatching, Beverley makes a magical setting for your Yorkshire break.
