How do you get to this Youth Hostel:
From the East (Severn Bridge direction) leave the M4 at Junction 29 and follow A48M to the junction for A470 (signed City Centre). At the round-a-bout take the first exit (Whitchurch Road - A469 - signed Roath). At the Heath Inn, at traffic lights, turn left onto Allenbank Road. At Grape & Olive Pub, at traffic lights, turn right into Wedal Road. YHA Cardiff is at far end of Wedal Road on the left just past the railway bridge. From the West (Swansea direction) leave the M4 at Junction 32 and follow A470 towards City Centre. On approach to the large round-a-bout stay on the round-a-bout, do not go on bridge over it. Take second exit (signed Roath) and follow as above. If using Sat Nav enter postcode CF14 3QX to get accurate directions to YHA Cardiff.
Bus information:
Bus numbers 28, 29 or 29B depart from St Marys Street just round corner from bus station during building works at bus station. Ask the driver to let you off at the bus stop for Wedal Road / Lake Road West (2 minutes walk to hostel). You will need the exact fare, single £1.30 or an all day any bus ticket £3.
