Description:

Set in landscaped woodland and gardens, this early Georgian Manor House has good transport links to some of the finest coastal walks, cliff scenery and beaches in Britain. Take a trip to St Michael's Mount, Land's End, St Ives or to the Isles of Scilly and explore the unique history and culture of the World Heritage sites in West Cornwall. Look for sharks, dolphins and seals on a Marine Safari, go bird-watching with the RSPB or try badger, bat and moth spotting in the garden.  On return to YHA Penzance sample speciality fish dishes and Cornish ice-cream in the café.

Coastal scenery, water-sports, art galleries, ancient sites, historic houses & gardens, wildlife and geology.

Need to know:
Camping facilities & parking on-site. Children under 3 years cannot be accommodated. Bus services from the door to performances and seasonal excursions to the cliff-top Minack Theatre (book in advance).
