National Trail social walk from YHA Treyarnon Bay

Discovery and connection
Meeting at Treyarnon Bay YHA, this walk will take us out across Constantine Bay and Booby’s Bay, before heading round Trevose Head. Here we get brilliant views of the lighthouse before making our way to the Lifeboat Station overlooking Mother Ivy’s Bay. From here a detour onto the golf course takes you to the ruins of St Constantine’s Well and church, before making our way back to the YHA café for cuppa and cake overlooking the beach at Treyarnon.
The walk of 6 miles includes a couple of steady hills. We will be taking our time, and there’s plenty of places to break. There are no cafes or shops once on this walk, so please do come prepared.
