Places to stay in High Wycombe

This hilly town in the county of Buckinghamshire, High Wycombe is commonly referred to without the 'High', and is a mix between an industrial and market town, with great access to the capital city. It is also close enough to use as a base for a trip to the ultimate family destination of LEGOLAND Windsor.

The town is probably best known for its history as a one of Britain's principal furniture makers. In years gone by, furniture makers would cut down the beech trees that frame the River Wye to create their wonderful pieces, many of which are on display at the Living Chair Museum.
