Accommodation at YHA Edmundbyers

The hostel

Private rooms, dorm beds and camping are all available at Edmundbyers. There is space for 29 people in total. Edmundbyers is self-catering only but meals and local beers are available at the local pub.

Camping

The campsite is situated at the back of the main Youth Hostel building in a walled garden area dotted with mature trees. Indulge in some spectacular views of the open countryside from your pitch!

Facilities
There is room for eight pitches.
There is immediate access for campers to indoor toilets and showers. The locked door can be opened with a code and can be accessed 24 hours a day.
Campers have access to a kitchen and cooking is encouraged between the hours of 8-10am and 5-10.30pm when the Youth Hostel is manned by volunteers.
This campsite is suitable for both families and organised groups.

Parking
Cars must be parked in a small lay-by at the side of the Youth Hostel or there is a side road opposite the building which is just a minute's walk from YHA Edmundbyers.

Opening Times
Camping is available from 1st April until 30th October.

Important Information
Camp fires are strictly prohibited.
