The Hostel

This 37 bed Youth Hostel has a selection of dorm rooms and private rooms, some of which are en-suite.

Our comfortable lounge has plenty of books and games for guests to enjoy and there is a TV which is perfect for relaxing in front of.

Camping

Get the best of both worlds when you camp at the rural hostel, just outside of the bustling city of Milton Keynes. Campers are welcome to use the hostel facilities.

Hire the whole place

This hostel is occasionally made available for hire on an exclusive basis. This means that you can have the place to yourself and choose how many of your friends, family, club mates, etc., join you. We allocate availability for exclusive use in blocks, typically up to 90 days in the future. If you are looking for space to stay with us on a normal shared basis, and can’t see any availability three months or more into the future, then this hostel may be being held for Exclusive Hire. Walking & Rambling

There are any miles of walking paths around Milton Keynes. Walk through beautiful countryside and parkland and past lakes and the Grand Union Canal.

Mountain Biking

Experience the varied terrain of the Woburn trails, just a short distance from the hostel, with some of the best mountain biking in the South East. Local routes are also available closer to home.

Cycling

We can tell you the best places are for a gentle bike ride or a more energetic cycle, just ask at reception.

Climbing

Try the 13 metre tall indoor rock wall at X-Scape Entertainment Centre. Offering supervised climbs, there are different routes to suit your ability, so why not get started and become a novice climber today!

Watersports

Willen Lake offers all basic watersports, as well as power-boating and paddle-sports. For an alternative venue try Caldecotte Lake which also offers surfing, diving and yachting. Courses and tuition are available all year rouond.

Lunch

Supper Club

This hostel offers the YHA Supper Club menu. This is a set meal sold at a set price. Guests in the Youth Hostel will have the opportunity to all sit around the table together and share stories with their fellow travellers - this is the authentic hostelling experience! YHA Supper Club is open to the public as well as guests, so please book in if you wish to eat with us.
