YHA Access to Adventures 2020 at YHA Castleton Losehill Hall

Enrichment and learning opportunities for all through nature, culture and heritage

YHA has been at the heart of providing enrichment opportunities to children of all backgrounds for 90 years. Providing access to the great outdoors, heritage, culture and the arts, we believe in the power of outdoor learning to develop character, resilience and a love of learning which lasts a lifetime. We believe every child is entitled to experience the transformative impact of learning in the natural environment, and it is our mission to break down the barriers which limit or prevent access.

Our inaugural education conference, YHA Access to Adventures, will challenge misconceptions that building powerful enrichment opportunities into the curriculum is difficult, unnecessary or cost-prohibitive. By sharing best practice learnings, CPD opportunities and real-life advice, we want to develop a community of educators and outdoor learning specialists to truly embed the importance of outdoor learning at every key stage.

Tickets will go on sale shortly; sign up to be first in line when they do, and download our free e-book featuring tips and advice for outdoor learning from experts in the field such as Anita Kerwin-NyeJonny Walker, and Iesha Small.
