Places to stay in Exeter

The historic city of Exeter has been a favourite with those who love the great outdoors for many years, providing the ideal base to explore the nearby Dartmoor to the west and Exmoor to the north, as well as picturesque Jurassic Coast seaside towns like Sidmouth, Beer and Lyme Regis.

The city itself has plenty to offer travellers too, with a cathedral and number of mediaeval churches, several museums and a good selection of independent shops. Kids will love a visit to Crealy Adventure Park, which has all kinds of exciting rides and furry critters to make friends with.
