Free planning visits
Whether you've stayed in one of our beloved hostels before or you're trying YHA for the first time, we encourage group leaders to organise a preview visit to their chosen hostel.
Your visit will provide the perfect opportunity to talk to YHA staff, get help with completing essential paperwork, experience activities first-hand and get a feel for the hostel and its surroundings.
If you have a distance to travel or want longer to explore the area, we are happy to offer you free overnight accommodation at your chosen hostel too. You can book your planning visit once you have confirmed your group booking with us. We can't wait to welcome you!
