Poverty, disability, illness, bereavement and other challenges are limiting children’s life chances and damaging their future prospects. Some children can’t wait for life to change. Now is the moment they need you most.
The number of children experiencing poverty is rising. And with the squeeze on school budgets and household purses, more school residential trips are being cancelled. Whole classes miss out. That’s why we have launched our No child left behind appeal to help fund residentials for children from areas of greatest disadvantage.

How we change young lives
Young carers from a deprived area of Dorset went on a respite trip to YHA Perranporth. Most of these children don’t have family holidays. This vital break from their caring responsibilities meant time with other young carers who know what they’re going through.
