How to get here

YHA Truleigh Hill is located in the heart of the South Downs, right on South Downs Way.

By car or coach: From the A27, take the A283 to Shoreham. At the mini roundabout, take the first exit onto Upper Shoreham Road with The Amsterdam Pub on your right. Follow this road for just over half a mile to the zebra crossing and then take the left onto Erringham Road, which is signposted Truleigh Hill. Take the second right onto Mill Hill, then go over the bridge and follow the road for 3 miles (you will pass over two cattle grids – after 2 miles, follow the road around to the right). The road will become an unpaved track with the hostel located 125m along this narrow country lane. For a sat nav, follow postcode BN43 5FB, making sure that it sends you the way described above. Coaches can access the hostel but the lanes are narrow. Turning is possible in the car park or further up the gravel track at the farm.
