Within its ancient whitewashed walls, you’ll be charmed by its ambience and relax in front of an open log fire while enjoying the sounds of the forest.  If you’re a walker or cyclist, you won’t have to wait long to stretch your legs as the hostel is car free and accessible via foot or pedal power through National Trust woods. There’s an extensive network of footpaths and bridlepaths to explore around the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. For garden lovers don’t miss a stroll to Polesden Lacey, a National Trust Regency mansion and RHS Wisley is only 10 miles away. For the kids there's Brocketts Farm a working farmyard with loads of activities to keep the little ones amused and Chessington World of Adventures and all London attractions are all within easy distance making for great day trips.
