With the squeeze on school budgets and household purses, more school residential trips are being cancelled. Please help us to send more children on an amazing adventure next year. And make sure no child is left behind.
Heart of the community appeal
According to the British Heart Foundation, 30,000 cardiac arrests happen outside of hospital each year in the UK. Sadly, 90% of these are fatal. Help us install a life-saving defibrillator at every YHA hostel for the benefit of the whole community.
YHA Breaks Programmes appeal
The YHA Breaks Programmes provide fully and part-funded residential trips for groups of young people and families living with challenges that make travel and adventure hard to access. Please give what you can to help us continue this work.

Since 1959, this grand old lakeside lodge has welcomed more than half a million YHA guests. But our beloved building is too tired to continue as a hostel without major building work. We need your help to guarantee its future.

Support the YHA Streatley study
Together with our partners and with shared priorities, YHA is seeking to create a sustainable, modern, high-quality youth hostel in the Streatley – Goring area. Help commission the Options Appraisal study.
Project 90
Project90 will take 90 young people from 10 different regions on an epic adventure. 900 young people will be given the chance to gain confidence, develop social skills and make happy memories.
