This traditional Lakeland house is just minutes from the main village and Coniston Water.  All levels of walking routes are nearby; sail or canoe on the lake; try pony-trekking or some of the best mountain bike trails in the country.  Cruise the lake, visit Brantwood, former home of John Ruskin or discover 'Wildcat Island' of Swallows and Amazons fame.  The village has shops and several pubs.
