Black Sail

Wild Ennerdale

Wild Ennerdale is a partnership between The National Trust, The Forestry Commission and United Utilities being the primary land owners in The Ennerdale Valley.  In addition, they have the support of Natural England. Honister Slate Mine

A unique award winning experience and England’s last remaining working slate mine. It has a visitor centre where you’ll find a wealth of activities, attractions and information.
