How do you get to this Youth Hostel:
Leave M6 at J40 and follow A66 to the turn for Cockermouth. Turn left for Egremont on the A5086, turn off and follow signs for Ennerdale Bridge. Once in the village follow road out towards Ennerdale Lake. Stay on this road and go through Croasdale, then on to the Forestry Commission car park at Bowness Knott. From here follow the forestry track through the gate and then for 2.5 miles. The camping barn is situated next to YHA Ennerdale.
