YHA Lizard is ideally situated for coastal walks and beachcombing.  The Goonhilly Satellite Earth Station and the Flambards Experience with a recreated Victorian village are well worth a look when the weather's bad.

There's a pub and restaurant in Lizard village half a mile away from meals.
