• Moreton-in-Marsh (4 miles north) has a railway station, street market every Tuesday, and an excellent toy shop.
• Bourton-on-the-Water (4 miles south) has a host of attractions including a leisure centre, Model Village, Birdland, Dragonfly Maze, Motor Museum, and Model Railway / toy shop.
• Cotswolds - a perfect area for walking and cycling, and also has many other attractions including National Trust Houses & Gardens, Cotswold Farm Park, Batsford Arboretum, Broadway Tower, Sudeley Castle, Chedworth Roman Villa, Corinium Museum and Cotswold Wildlife Park.
