A traditional 18th Century stone farmhouse, YHA Milton Keynes is a great base from which to explore Central England. Set in the quiet suburb of Bradwell Village, guests have instant access to the city whilst staying outside the hustle and bustle. As well as it's famous 'Concrete Cows', Milton Keynes boasts attractions including the UK’s biggest indoor real snow slope and a renowned contemporary gallery and theatre. I spent three nights at the hostel in May. The warden and her assistant were very helpful and the building itself is of historic interest (by Canadian standards at least) and has very good facilities....
