The Snowdon 500 is a charity ascent of one of the most popular mountains in Wales, raising money for Prostate Cancer research.
The physical challenge takes in some of the most stunning scenery in the British Isles.
Your ascent will start from Pen-y-Pass and takes the Miners Track or Pyg Track on the way up the mountain and the Llanberis Path on the way down.
