Oxford Castle Ghost Fest

Enjoy a spooky visit to the gruesome former prison at Oxford Castle this Halloween.

You can take part in overnight ghost hunts, spiritual lectures, mediumship demonstrations and pumpkin carving.

Tours are guided by ghost hunting specialists Fright Nights and include the darkest parts of the castle, taking you to see the 18th century Debtors’ Tower, the prison D-wing and the 900-year-old underground crypt.

You will also have the chance to browse the ghostly market, held on the 25th October, which features new age and tarot reading stalls as well as fun activities for children.
