Britain's top Basketball players will be taking on the Czech Republic at the O2 Arena on September 6th.
The former Millennium Dome will be transformed into a specially-designed basketball venue in order to host the London Olympiad event, part of the run-up to the 2012 Games.
Playing for the UK will be London-born Pops Mensah-Bonsu - currently signed with Spanish team CB Granada - as well as NBA Chicago Bulls players Luol Deng and Ben Gordon.
This hotly-anticipated showdown marks the O2's confirmation as an official 2012 venue, with the massive site being renamed the North Greenwich Arena for the duration of the Olympics.
Tickets for the landmark game can be booked online here, priced £15 per person (£10 concession) plus booking fee.
YHA London Thameside is located in the Rotherhithe area of the East End, less than six miles away from the O2.
