Building the next generation - Annual Review 2007

YHA has started the process of modernisation that our new strategy began last year and is evolving to meet the needs of our guests; enhancing our network of sites, renovating our properties and improving the service we provide. All this is being achieved against the backdrop of a strengthened commitment to our charitable objectives and increased involvement with young people.

This review explains our achievements, assesses the challenges faced and provides a snapshot of YHA's year. YHA wants more people to join the wider YHA family; more guests, more supporters and more volunteers. We hope the review prompts you, or your organisation, to help us achieve our reinvigorated objectives.
