YHA Fundraising Charter

We are very much aware of the commitment you are making to the YHA when you register to take part in the 2009 London Marathon and raise funds for Break4Kids. Without the support of people like you, and the time and effort you put into fundraising on behalf of the YHA, we would not be able to support as many disadvantaged young people through Break4Kids. Therefore, in return for raising funds and the profile of YHA throughout the country, this is our commitment to you

All sponsorship money you raise will be applied for the purpose for which it was originally requested.
All sponsorship money will be used responsibly and to the greatest advantage of beneficiaries.
All sponsorship money will be used to maintain the Aims and Objectives of the YHA.
YHA will endeavour to provide you with the best possible service at all times.
All communication with you will be honest, truthful and will comply with the law.
Your right to privacy will be respected and you will not be subjected to any form of pressure.
Conditions of Registration

You pledge to try and raise a minimum of £1,500 sponsorship for Break4Kids.
You must be at least 18 years old by 26th April 2009.
All funds raised for YHA through the Flora London Marathon must be payable to YHA (England & Wales).
All sponsorship monies will be paid to the YHA by Friday 26th June 2009.
All runners participate at their own risk.
